You can permanently delete your Parrot Voice Notes account and all associated data at any time.
Delete from within the app
- Open Parrot Voice Notes.
- Tap your account avatar (top-right) or go to Settings → Account & Sync.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Or request deletion by email
Email support@parrotvn.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (Google sign-in / Firebase Authentication).
- All cloud-stored note metadata and transcripts (Firestore).
- All cloud-stored audio recordings (Cloudflare R2).
- Local data on the device you delete from.
What may remain
- Notes stored only on other devices — remove them by uninstalling the app or deleting notes there.
- Limited operational logs and backups, retained for a short period before being overwritten, and anonymized aggregate analytics.
This action cannot be undone.
